Yet another stubborn performance from IPS. Mark Moon’s goal settled the Semi Final tie, but IPS were unfortunate not to put their limited chances away. The game saw blood being spilt as an IPS player suffered a “alledged” swinging arm. Referee did say that, “both were at it…” but it leaves another grudge encounter when they face off in the League.

Sassco cruised past Hendon Rovers with a non-standard team. Sangha was in goal as Simpson was unavailable. Titch Conlon came in after impressing last week, and Mark Muers was the so-called weak point. Kyle Robinson failed to show. The goals came thick and fast in the second half. Muers grabbed two, Jimmy got three and I can’t remember the others.
