Sassco are looking to play at their most ambitious venue yet.
After the warm climes of the Victor Tedesco Stadium in Malta, the balmy FC Ferreiras Stadium in Portugal and various indoor venues, coastal venues and playing between the Brooklyn Bridge and Williamsburg Bridge, Sassco are looking to head to the Stadium of Light to play a full 11-a-side game.
Play on Pitch 2016 Event at the Stadium of Light, which includes:
- 90 minute game for a squad of 18 on the Stadium of Light pitch
- Use of the Stadium of Light dressing room
- Referee and linesmen
- Warm up session
- Pre-match and half time refreshments
- Man of the match presentation
- Team Photograph
- Post-match meal
Cost is £1800 in total, so around £100 per player. If less players, then a little more, plus we’ll look at arranging kit, which might be around £10/20 per person (to keep).
