Sassco.co.uk have been going since 1999, so for our 25th year, we’ve chosen an equally established brand.
Erima have always been in the limelight since the 70’s with some fashionable shirt designs (mainly in the Bundesliga). We’re proud to be wearing the “Retrostar” shirt style, with the Sassco style on it – curved name on the back and zero led numbering.
Erima are the oldest German sports brand still in existence, and can look back on a history with a fine tradition. Teams such as FC Bayern Munich, FC Schalke 04, VfB Stuttgart, 1. FC Cologne, 1. FC Kaiserlautern, Eintracht Frankfurt and many more – in the 70s and 80s. ERIMA supplied almost the entire football Bundesliga.
During this time, the German national football team win the World Cup in Germany wearing Erima jerseys and then the brand merges with Adidas, before splitting in modern times.
We’ve confirmed that we are the only UK team to use Erima to our current knowledge.
