The actual costs are based on average payments as follows:
- Home League games, the referee cost is £18.
- Away League games, the referee cost is zero.
- Cup games, the referee cost is £9 (based on the other team paying £9).
- Average squad of 11 players paying £2 each (total of £22).

So to summarise.
- Money coming in from Sponsorship as well as money per game from players totals £1,260.00 This is based on 30 competitive games played.
- Payments made to referees for 30 games was an average of £279.00. This is around £18 for each home game. Nothing for away games and half payment (usually £9) for any cup games. The only cup game where we paid in full was our Durham County Minor Cup game against Hourglass. The other costs include costs of the pitch as well as League fees, assets such as shirts, shorts, socks, etc. These total at £1,191.80.
- Figures not included are transport costs as well as telephone costs. The costs of the match balls are integrated into the 6-a-side League accounts as the balls are used there as well.
So, the final money in with the costs taken into account leaves a estimated profit of £68.20 for our 2006/2007 season.
